Northrop Grumman Corporation

For six years, I have led and develop satellite and aircraft systems for government customers. Projects included standing up complex high-rate production builds for satellites, digitally transforming satellite manufacture, and performing aircraft vulnerability modeling and testing.

L3Harris Corporation

Three years of mechanical engineering design and analysis support to develop unfurlable mesh communication antennas for satellites. Owned multiple subsystem Integrated Product Team’s (IPT) and led development from design to flight install.

Skills

Program Management

Currently managing a multi-million-dollar, decade-long satellite program. Duties include staffing and schedule planning, earned value, risk management, and running a 30 cross-disciplinary team through execution.

Requirements Closure

Development and maturation experience of requirements and requirement decomposition down to the system/sub-system level. Segment-wide verification development and execution management experience.

Lean Agile Execution

Familiarity with agile development using JIRA for program-wide task management, dissemination, and execution. Experienced in running program in hybrid agile-waterfall format.

Satellite Manufacturing

Worked on many programs for satellite integration, test, and transportation to launch. Have led teams where digital tools were created to reduce manufacturing time and transition corporation to high yield satellite manufacture.

Functional Management

Have spent over two years as a functional manager for a staff of up to 20 in systems engineering department. Experience in interviewing, hiring, department goal creation, summer internship standup, and mentorship.
