I am a fan of everything aerospace, and like to travel as well.
You can catch me exploring the town, brewing my morning cappuccino, or at a sports pub confused about whether to cheer for my local or fantasy team.
In sixth grade, my parents showed me the movie Apollo 13, and my life has changed since.
In high school, I took a job at the Smithsonian Udvar-Hazy Air and Space Museum to surround myself with the historic air and spacecraft, and meet likeminded folks who wanted to share the aerospace history with the world.
I have been fortunate to support a number of aerospace firms develop state-of-the-art products, however my aspirations do not end there. I am striving to do what I can to achieve my boyish dreams of becoming an astronaut.
Discovery to me does not mean just the stars. Traveling is another passion of mine, with the goal of seeing all seven continents.
People have asked me which countries visited have been my favorite so far. It is a very hard question to answer, since each country and culture brings with it fresh perspective, and a new experience.
If anybody needs any tips or recommendations on traveling, I am happy to pass along any lessons learned I have gathered through my experiences!
